U knw the thing I dnt get is how why can't the kyubi revive neji as he did naruto many times

he has never actually revived naruto he has just increased his healing ability by a ton. and naruto is an uzumaki which has been known to increase his longevuty and stamina. kuramas abilites are only available for the host
