not all uchiha could control kyubi... only those with ms could control it... at the time of attack only tobi had ms..

you are absolutely wrong! tobi didnot use MS when he controlled the kyubi!!

they were all on holidays except of itachi he had to take care of the his bro but seriously there is something fishy about the whole situation kamui wasn't present aswell. I don't think we need to know where danzo was.
