They've never shown it. Also, when Minato sealed the Kyuubi's chakra, it was said to seal its Yin chakra, which is the chakra needed to cast genjutsu. So probably not :/

how does anyone know that the 9tail doesnt have genjustsu. noone knew the 8tail had sealing jutsu and he did while B didnt. so who knows if he does or not but i dought it....

Thats being controlled, a special power that only an Uchiha with sharingan can control it said nothing about genjutsu

9tails can only use raw attacks so far or can amplify Naruto's skills. Since Naruto doesn't know any gen jutsu, I doubt it will know any...
