Kyruubi chakra

Do you guys really believe that the Kyruubi does not have Yang chakra? Chakra is created by the user. Minato took and sealed the kyruubi chakra during their battle but I don't' think the kyruubi couldn't replenish it after 16 years. If the Kyruubi can regenerate if his Jinchuuriki dies, why can't he recreate his Yang chakra? People are judging it by the size of the 9 tails. He was free during the konaha battle and sealed since. How big is he supposed to be.
