Yeah. All the dialogue hint towards that. Especially since that's (sort of) the same dialogue they had when Kyros was introduced.

IMO, he'll beat Bellamy, and then he'll be Barto's first opponent (because he won't make a move until the end) and than they'll have an all-out (Lucci vs. Luffy) brawl and Barto will kill him.
