Kyo believes one becomes strong by struggling and fighting for what they want. He expresses contradicting beliefs: he don't want good luck because he feels he can control his fate, but also believes he is marked unlucky and the world is against him. He is clever, yet hot-headed, often letting his temper get the best of him. Rarely ventures to speak. He doesn't like to draw attention to himself, and finds it difficult to strike up casual conversation with another. He avoids it whenever he can. Though Kyo isn't close to people outside of a select few, those few will have Kyo's affection for the rest of his life. He would never betray these people. He's incredibly devoted to the people he loves. The meaningful people in Kyo's life are extremely important to him. He would give up his life to keep them safe. He won't stand for anyone insulting a person he cares for.

Kyo was born in the Sarutobi clan, his father was a shinobi, but he never knew him, because he was killed in a mission. He lived with his mother that was his best friend. He joined the academy when he was 8. One day in the academy he was playing as ninjas and hurt himself in the face making his scar. When he was 9 years old, his mother died, when Orochimaru invaded the village, she passed to him her will of fire, he sworn to her he was going to protect the village from now on. He graduated from the academy at the age of 12. But when Pain invaded the village he could do nothing against him, Pain killed him, but he was ressurected thanks to Naruto Uzumaki the Hero of the village. Disappointed with himself he trained hard on his own, but he wasn't making any progress... Now he's looking for a sensei to train him.
