"The Legacy of our Clan's Safety is Honoured."

► Kyōtei Hyuga is a tall, slender man with an ashen complexion. He stands at 6'0" with dark brown hair and the genes of his clan decorating his face, the eyes of the Hyuga's Byakugan. He has a slender round face, usually carrying a serious expression on his thin lips. Although not really clear in his appearance, Kyōtei is a powerful Shinobi reflecting his status as the leader of a Shinobi Clan - his Spiritual Aura proves his strength more than what one can see to the naked eye.
Kyōtei's hair usually has two bangs beside his face, looping back past his ears into the long hair down his back. On his hair loops two porcelain bands with Yin carved into the left, and Yang carved into the right hang from them. Kyōtei wears a white Haori over black robes usually, however he does sometimes wear a more combat ready attire - a cloud style flak jacket with long short sleeved black robes underneath, armoured bracers with decorative swirls adorned upon them.

► Kyōtei is a strong believer in continuing the legacy his forefathers upheld before him, anything that threatens that tradition he will not tolerate. Even though the government that made that deal collapsed, Kyōtei and his Father understood that it was important to uphold that deal to contribute to humanity's overall wellbeing. Kyōtei takes his duty and day-to-day life seriously, with little sense of humour - though this does not make him unlikeable. He has a charisma about him, as he just strives for the best of not just his clan but all people as well.
Despite it's name and reputation as a "Garrison", The remnants of the Hyuga Clan have had to call it there home due to the Virus. Kyōtei has worked to make the Garrison feel more like a long term home; comfortable, safe and reinvigorating Hyuga Culture. The Garrison isn't just made up of Clan members, but also other refugees and countrymen - a selfless nature to this Leader and his understanding of the global struggles they all face.
