I think he meant that she had the Will of Fire that the Senju clan spoke of (The younger son's power)


I don't really get what he means by Minato (maybe he had some type of DNA that reacted with it) but I don't see it.

Wrong. Kushina's chakra is Chakra, that kushina used.
