So, what's the likelihood that full power Kushina solos the PS as well?

That Bijjus that Madara say rivals his PS is the 100% Kyuubi he never used other Tails Beast. The Kyuubi is his summoning jutsu pet

Proof 100% 8 Tails blast was so weak comparing to hashirama or madara power so it has to be the 9 tails

Without the lethal PS Sord:
The chain may able to hold his PS since 100% Kyuubi has equal in chakra to his PS. But PS is so huge comparing Kurama

It's been shown bijuus without their jins are pretty much fodder. Im sure madara was being modest or was comparing his PS to how it was back when he faced hashirama at VoTE.

Example: Gamabunta beat 1 tails and sit on kurama, kurama got negged by hashirama, Bijuus got solo'd by genjutsu mutiple times, and Bijuus got solo'd by madara and by sasuke all at once.

Kushina Pins him down with ease. Madara would be able to move his sword when arms are restrained. And dont forget that the chains also produce barriers that can block swing.

Perfect Susano'o is way too strong for Kushina to restrain with chakra chains.

Theoretically, it can restrain PS, because it's a Chakra product, and Kushina's chains suppress Chakra; however, Perfect Susanoo's Chakra is too strong and its size is massive. So, Kushina can't restrain it.​
