Well its still early for making the pairings cannon and in Narutoverse anything is possible. So we might even get another twist by the time series ends.

I also agree. But i feel is NH is more likely to become canon along with SS

the opedimus complex is in affect during the young childhood years, however the boy feels threatened that he will be castrated if eh makes a move towards his mother because of his father. he will notice that girls don't ahve his plumming and feel that girls are castrated boys who flirted with their father and were castrated by the dad in response. so the boy will withhold his feelings toward his mother and begin to warm up to his father.

Actually, who wins will be decided by Kishi. This "war" will have a resolution in the future....once NaruHina becomes officially canon.

After getting trolled with Tobi's identity I am not going to consider anything as cannon atm if it happens it will be awesome but considering the screen time, co-ordination and development Naruto-Sakura had Naruto-Hinata is pale in comparison to it. So lets hope most of the fan base is happy since its impossible that all the fans would be happy with the pairings.

I'm more worried about him finishing out the romances it hasn't been a main point in the series overly and I wouldn't surprised if no one got together. As of now Saku friend zones Naru, Sasu friend zones Saku, and Naru friend zones Hina, and other important things are going on in the series so yea...though I would be happy if pretty much any of the couples got together =P
