But to indulge you, sakura, tsunade, hinata and temari can't win because of the chakra chains. According to orochimaru the chains negate chakra, without chakra no super strength or regeneration for sakura and tsunade once the chain pierces

Lol wut? Creation rebirth is a ninjutsu, like all ninjutsu chakra is required for it to work. If chakra is negated it won't work simple as that. Sakura was given 3/5 in raw strength in DB3, her natural strength is only slightly above average her best strength feats are due to tsunade's techniques. Without her chakra according to the data book she is weaker than temari, who has a 3.5/5 in the DB

But they were never referenced as slow either plus Sakura has already demonstrated how she can accerlate her speed using chakra.
So that plus thier above average analytical abilities makes their evasion of the chains highly likey.

What I mean is, you cannot extract the seals chakra if it isn't released, meaning if a chain does implae them the seal would have to be active (ie: Strenght Of A Hundred) in order for the chakra to be drained. So since we both know how intecllectual adequate both Tsunade & Sakura are we can conclude that when they know contact via chains is eminent they would logically close the seal (deactivate the Strength Of A Humdred Technique) to negate their chakra being absorbed. They use Creation Rebirth to target a spefic area damaged or remove the chain, retreat then use Creation Rebirth since it require the seal to be opened for an extended period of time .

Now as far as strength goes.

In the last Sakura was described as the villages best medic who possesses "natural herculean" strength.

She solod kyuubi twice. And both times she wasn't even at full power. It's safe to say she tamed the kyuubi. Though kyuubi probably would not have liked her so not as powerful as Naruto. Kyuubi power + chakra chains = she solos any other female in NV except kaguya.

Above average analytical skills didn't help tsunade fight madara, nor did it help someone like shikamaru(who is far better than sakura and tsunade at that) against pain.

I never said it was a chakra draining technique, the technique negates chakra, releasing of seals requires chakra. when ones chakra is negated they can do nothing. Once again the seal negates chakra it doesn't drain it, to put it simply chakra cannot be molded or used even existing chakra is negated when the chains are wrapped around a target. Even the kyuubi was completely helpless against it.

Now as far as strength goes.

Who described this? The last also can't be taken seriously seeing as how we have things like naruto using kage bunshin at age 7 and what not.
