Why didn't her parents step in, like: what are you doing to my little girl? You really think you can make my daughter get in deep fear like it's nothing? Or: you better be caring and not despotic!

.....and another thing: why didn't her mother or father accompanied her through the Jinchuuriki process? Or at least say everything is going to be alright before it? Mito needed to call her.

It's not like Kushina was going to keep her mouth so shut to the point of never telling dad and mom about being a jinchuuriki.

Or......Her parents are conniving with treating their daughter as a pawn.
