We never really saw much of her, but knowing what we do, Kushina hands down, because she restrained the 9 tails near death, and still had chakra left over. So i'm guessing her mastery over the kyuubi is probably close to that of Bee. Purely because if she was able to control the fox like that, she must be able to control the power that comes with it. Tsunade is good, but not good enough to fight of a strong Jinchuuriki

dont sleep on tsunade ,,she got a jutsu when she collects chakra 2 her seal on her 4 head,,if she iz badly wounded or waz possibly near death she can regenerate body tissue and create new cells,,,,,only kabuto waz known to perform thiz,,but she found out how to perform kabutos regeneration jutsu,,remeber when naruto struck kabuto with rasengan ,,and kabuto regenerated new cells and tissue,,,but tsunades tecnique takes ahuge amount of chakra thats why she collects tha chakra to her 4 head to perform that jutsu,,which means she cant die in battle,,they didnt choose her 2 be 5th hokage for nothing,,,2 be continued

yeah maby,,,,,but on tha flip side ,,kushina uzumaki will destroy her,,,just becuz,,she waz tha host and she waz known for her pure life force chakra,, only 2 out of 3 host contained tha nine tails and they were all uzumaki,,which means she packed with nothing but fury,,

this depends on whether or not kushina was good at using the kyuubi's power... if not, tsunade would wreck her. even if she was good at controlling the kyuubi's power, she still might lose.
