Kushina Trump Card! V2!

I have realized that obito Resurrecting Kushina would have been the ultimate way to make naruto surrender.

At the the time of the sealing ritual minato uses the Dead Demon Consuming Seal.

The Dead Demon Consuming Seal is a seal which invokes the power of a spectral entity known as the Shinigami (死神; English TV "Reaper"; Literally meaning "death god") that can only be seen when it grasps one's soul. When summoned, the Shinigami hovers behind the user to wraps prayer beads over the summoner's arm as a seal appears on the stomach. The soul of the summoner is then partially separated from the body and restrained by the Shinigami's hair as it thrusts its arm into the user's chest to grab the soul of its target. At the user's command, the Shinigami then performs the sealing by dragging the target's soul into the user whose stomach is branded with the seal's mark. However, the sealing is double-edged as the user's soul is devoured by the Shinigami along with the target's, both souls trapped for all eternity within the fiend's stomach.

When Minato uses this he sealed the nine tails chackra as well as his and kushina's remaining chackra. The Dead Demon Consuming Seal Consumes only the soul of the caster and any negatively sealed chackra or souls, meaning that the half that was consumed of the nine tails chackra and Minato's soul were the only things eaten by the Shinigami. Kushina died solely from the remaining chackra being taken from her vessel.

This means that kushina's soul is up for grabs. Obito could have informed kabuto and ressurected kushina, and used her as a human shield when naruto came to the battle, possibly even wagering the release of her soul for turning himself over to them. I highly, highly doubt naruto would hit kushina even if she was attacking him in edo, I just cant see him doing it. Anyway, that was my idea, I'm not really sure if it has been discussed before but it seems like a pretty solid plan.

And even if she was, I highly doubt that Naruto would hold back. I mean come on, The Whole World's safety is on the line. I can see Naruto crying, sobbing, and holding back at first ... And sooner or later, he will have to attack her at some point. If it's for the sake of everything he has, Then he will do anything he has to in order for him to keep what he has.

It just seems way too random to pull something like that in the middle of the Juubi still not having reached its completion and the Alliance trying to stick to Shikaku's plan. It would interrupt the pacing of the story and make the battlefield too chaotic.

Obito knows naruto is blonde haired, with kyuubi markings on his face from the time of his birtth. He knows that naruto is the age that would have been born right when the attack happened and he also knows that he is the kyuubi's jinchuriki, while having minato's features and kushina's attitude, he is also one of the only uzumakis left and the only one to come out of The Leaf Village. It's obvious.

Obito didn't watch sealing process of Kyuubi and probably thinks minatos son is long dead with them also he is long gone from konoha he doesn't know everyone in konoha he probably thinks naruto came to konoha just the way kushina did.If you look closely all of the Kyuubis jinchuurikis are from uzumaki clan so and wtf seriously look and attitude don't make me laugh.
