I agree well its stated that Kushina taught Minato every Sealing technique he knew

To go into KM Mode you need to take the kyubbis chakra and seperating its hatred from its chakra
Its obvious she could take its chakra whenever she wanted as it was pinned down to a ball inanimate.The hatred thing is obvious as she was taught by Mito and actually was lecturing Naruto how to take its chakra as well as stopping the nnine tails from consuming naruto.

This information would be relevant if Kushina didn't have the nine tails pinned to a ball ready to take its chakra.Kushina was told by Mito to fill the nine tails with love its a pretty weak argument to say Kushina would cant go into KM Mode because the kyubbi hatred would overcome her with its hate when she was lecturing Naruto how to overcome its hatred and how to take its chakra.

once again, kyuubi being there pinned down doesn't mean shit. that's how the seal was put on kushina. naruto was able to pull kyuubi's chakra while it was inside the cage but the chakra always came with kyuubi's mind. same would apply to kushina. kyuubi is there pinned down, but if you try to draw chakra it's mind will also leak into that.
and it's not just about conquering hatred. that's only one step.
