No Bogard, Mito Uzumaki has that spot. Mito [who likely already had the same powers as Kushina] has been confirmed to have Kyubi Chakra Mode [can sense malicious intent like Naruto] making her considerably stronger than Kushina [a base Uzumaki].

Unless of course we count Princess Kaguya Otsutsuki.

she really would have no trouble taking chakra from kyuubi, the poor guy cant even move an inch while inside her

the kyuubi's hatred would also have no effect on her since she was happy and content despite being a jinchuriki

Kushina can use kurama's chakra. Chains can restrain kurama .. can puppets do?

It's true they bear some similarities(Mito and Tsunade). Would be useful to know if she indeed possess the ability, but Madara didn't seem to go that way since according to his data, only one similar in regenerative abilities to Tsunade was Hashirama and he does know Mito, so i guess maybe it was just a decoration or something for Mito Lol
