You are however over estimating Karin and underestimating Sakura.

1. Karin's chains aren't as strong as Kusina's to which is why their called the "Incomplete Adamant Chakra Chains".

Sakura easily evades any incoming chains and if any are coming in contact with her, she grabs it and pulls Karin towards her and strikes her head.

Her sensing and body feats are her biggest assets and enough to put her in a fight against Kage level opponents

They're still chakra chains though, designed to fight bijuu. Obito's genjutsu is nowhere near Itachi, Sasuke and Madara but that didn't prevent him from controlling Kurama. If a jutsu is designed for specific purposes it will work regardless of the user's skill. So unless Sakura can solo a bijuu she can't solo Karin

In other words she doesn't need them because I don't see what Sakura can do to put her in distress let alone hurt her. Karin's intel gathering skills are superior to everyone's bar Madara/Itachi/Sasuke as proven when she fought by Sasuke's side so fighting against Sakura wouldn't be difficult

Karin's sensing gives her equal insight to the Sharingan if not better. Considering Sasuke gave her the responsibility to track his fights and watch over him against opponents like Killer B, Raikage and an Iznagi user, I doubt Sakura's speed will prevent Karin from predicting her movements, in fact speed isn't her strength at all.

2. Karin with her powers in addition to Byakogou is superior to Sakura with her powers in addition to chakra chains

Sakura easily evades any incoming chains and if any are coming in contact with her, she grabs it and pulls Karin towards her and strikes her head.

She'll be immobilized the second she grabs it because she doesn't have the physical strength to overpower the chain. In addition, she would be too distracted to evade the other chains.

Even if she does manage to evades them, the force of their impact on the earth would be large enough to put her within the radius of their debree, in other words she would still get hurt by flying rocks the size of cows.

Furthermore unlike Sasori, Karin's chains are designed to fight bijuu, so unless Sakura can solo a bijuu she can't solo Karin
