people are forgetting that Kushina and Mito uzumaki were both jinchuriki of 9 tails.
since we have seen that even before naruto completely controlled kyubi he was still a force to be recokned with.
since kushina and mito were very proficient in controling kyubi and possibly harnessed its power too.
IF the likes of gara , naruto, B,yagura, one tailed jinchuriki etc can use the power of kyubi then why not kushina and Mito.
In addition to this both these girls are very proficient in using uzumaki seals also and that alone make them very powerful.
see what karin accomplished with those chakra chains , that makes these lady jinchuriki very powerful too.
I don't care if kishi forgot that balance of power between nations were created by power of biju jinchuriki but still it doesn't take away credits for these supergirls from being in top 15.
