Is it safe to say those 2 are the most powerful females (Not counting Kaguya of course) .

I know they are not fighting type so I don't mean strongest in battle I am referring to power (ability ) they possess.

What I mean is this :

1. Which female have power to solo minature version of Shinsusenju ?

They are potentially strong because they are Uzumaki. But they aren't real fighter so they haven't used their potential.

For me , Kaguya , Tsunade , Sakura and Konan are the strongest female in Naruto.

As I said Chakra chains + GF = most deadly combo.

Also we have manga confirmations that Chakra chains can fully restrain Kurama while Himawari's GF can knock it out. If they work on Kurama they can work on literally anyone who isn't JJ or Kaguya.

Ps. Karin was driven by her thirst for Sasuke's D so that played a massive part in her attack.

mini Shinsusenju was being broken by Ay without lighting armor, it is not that hyped in the power category just quantity. So breaking several arms is not a huge feat even Tsunade was breaking that thing.
Senju/Uzamaki kekkai genkai and or secret arts are naturally able to suppress biju power so suppressing its power is just as impressive as a three tomoe suppressing biju power.
