Kurumi is a tall girl with long black hair tied into uneven length twin-tails that go up to her waist.Her most recognized trait is that her right eye is crimson red and the left eye is golden yellow.
She is usually dressed elegantly in a crimson and black frilled dress,giving her the appearance of an elegant Gothic Lolita with uneven twin-tails.On her head she usually wears a big crimson net bow,holding her hair.She also wears a crimson and black collar on her neck and a pair of black pantyhose.

Kurumi can be described a person whose personality is hard to read, possessing a well-polished dislike of humanity that borders on mistrust.She is a skilled actress, capable of putting on the façade of an innocent, curious young girl when she needs to.However, under that mask lies a psychotic woman, prone to fits of insane laughter that possesses no regard for human life.Digging further, however, shows that Kurumi possesses some degree of innocence that her psychotic behavior has not entirely ruined; she has a soft spot for small animals and other creatures, outright killing three people because they were trying to kill a kitten—in fact, this is the closest to a humanizing emotion that she has.Because human life has second to none meaning to her,she has not bonded with any people along her way,although she regards some people she met as amusing,those people are however,usually those who just speak utter nonsense.She is a very intelligent person with great deductive skills,she thinks fast in battles,creating the best strategies to victory.

Kurumi was born in one of the richest families of Iwagakure.When she was young she was different from the others of her age and she didn't care about socializing with them at all.Instead she enjoyed reading books by herself and dedicated herself to training to become a good ninja.She was very talented and with all the best teachers her parents brought to her,she was quick in learning all of the basic elements and became a profound user of all of them.She especially liked wind release and trained in it harder than in the other elements and she became particularly skilled in it.Soon she signed the snake summoning contract and learned snake ninjutsu with them.Soon it was recognized that she could utilize a special,rare kekkei genkai unique to Iwagakure,steel release.A master of steel release was brought and she trained with him,until she mastered it too.Soon afterwards,she easily graduated her exams as top in the class and became a renowned shinobi at the age of 11.However one night as she was walking home through a park,she saw three young men,boys you could say,no older than 18 that were torturing a small kitten.As one was preparing to kill it,steel threads with sharp arrow like ends stabbed into whole three of them and bound them to the ground(CJ).They turned their,covered in blood faces towards the attacked only to see a young girl standing there.Soon they bleed out to death while Kurumi returned home.Tomorrow,village officials came to her house saying they know what happened and that she needs to leave Iwagakure immediately.She just shrugged and took a small bag of her belongings.As she was escorted out of the village by two shinobi,one of them kicked a small cat that was on the way,she looked at him grimly and in a split second flung a spear of steel through the mans heart,the other one bound by steel shackles to the ground could do nothing but watch as Kurumi left Iwagakure forever,laughing derangedely as she threw her headband to the ground in front of the gates.
She was traveling with no particular goal around the ninja world living of the food she stole from others,mostly peasants in non defended villages.One day while she was resting a merchant convoy from Sunagakure was passing by.Wondering where they were going she followed them.One of the shinobi from the convoy fell behind.Ending his life quickly she disguised herself as the shinobi and also took his fan.She traveled across the lands with the convoy,sticking with them because food was not a problem anymore.Even though she was transformed into the late Sungakure shinobi she still stayed clear of the others,most of the time.This arose suspicion but Kurumi didn't have to worry about that as one day,the convoy was attacked by many Kirigakure ninjas,outnumbered and unprepared Sungakure shinobi guarding the convoy were easily defeated,Kurumi stayed out of the fight and she dropped her transformation,now pretending to be just a peasant girl in the convoy.With the other,captured people,she was taken then to Kirigakure.
When they were brought to Kirigakure,Kurumi and the others were imprisoned.She had no intention in staying there so she broke out of prison,just to find herself surrounded by dozens of Kirigakure ninjas.They noted that she was not just a servant girl,being able to escape that prison and she was taken to the Mizukage.After telling him her story,the Mizukage accepted her as shinobi of Kirigakure.She was given a house at the end of the village where she could live alone.She went on many difficult missions and got respect and trust from the others,the pay was good to
