Because the chakra is not tainted with evil intent anymore and as you may have noticed Kurama was channeling nature chakra which is compatible with everyone.

Kishi is trolling Kurama in this war. If 9 tails chakra can be handled out like free goodies, why didnt Kurama give some to the 5 kages at the beginning? Kurama cant wait to see the back of Madara, surely he would want to assist the 5 kages in their mission too.

Imagine Tsunade, Gaara and Raikage with 9 tails chakra. That would be overpowered.
