Water dragon was made from the already pre-existing Water launched from water Pillar right? So wouldn't that mean Water Pillar was first exhaled from Mei , sipped into the Ground then exploded forth to which Mei who already has a connection to her Water Pillar via her mouth could transition it into Water Dragon.

didn't mei arrived and started fighting madara thus she never had chance to do bold.Also it was activated to save tsunade and mei was in mid air at a good height right after it so it.Also db also did not mention it requiring bold

Where was she fighting Madara? i remember her having a good amount of off panel time in order to prep this. It also said it was "Activated" hinting at a type of pre-existing element to be used with timing. She could've already spat out a huge amount of Water while off-screen which exploded forth when she activated the Pillar.

uh nope madara used mokuton and katon b2b after that and she was knocked out [

still regenerating madara tries to demoralise tsunade [

tsunade blabber's about will of bullshit and activating byakugou attacks madara who uses susanoo;gets backand fires katon.I doubt its possible for mei to exhale water piller into the ground then explode it and reach where madara and tsunade are to launch a water dragon when there is zero evidence or hint that she had done till tsunade activated Byakugo

there is like 1 and half page and few of panels in it were showing tsunade's hit in slow motion and after that mei was already shown in midair launching water dragon
take in mind this was byakugou enhanced tsunade so chances of mei being fast enough to spew large amount of water make it go underground then make it explode and then catch up with tsunade and madara who were at good distance and shoot a water dragon is pretty farfetched

maybe water from water pillar was used to enhance it like kakashi and zabuza did in part 1 but can't say for sure

Mei was clearly shown as being notably fast , and could've very well been fast enough to do this as she was fast enough to get behind Madara simultaneously with Tsunade's movements.

Anyway this was just my logical look on Water Pillar , but its likely the Jutsu simply functions Like Mountain sangwidge where once its activated it simply spawns at any location the User wants.

This is where mt premise came from since i thought the water being spat out for Water Dragon was the same water used for the Pillar , transitioned into Water Dragon after Pillar was used so that the Dragon was formed from the same Water left from Water Pillar.

Mei has not shown any speed feats let alone the feat that makes her faster than Byakugou tsunade

well yeah but when water dragon was used via a water source i haven't seen user spewing water from the mouth.he/she has just been shown to manipulate the water source
i think it would be safe to assume mei created the water dragon without any water source
