Kurotsuchi got the Ninjutsu advantages but it's enough to win a fight but Asuma's taijutsu skill with special trench knives should be interessant to see.He got a nice wind jutsu who was able to destroy an edo kakuzu's mask.
Hard to say ,i don't see Asuma loosing against Kurotsuchi.

This is actually a good thread! Experience is definitely Asuma's friend, and don't forget to add the fact that Asuma can use both Fire and Wind! The kenjutsu that Asuma uses would likely be the deciding factor, seeing as how Kurotsuchi has shown nothing to counter his taijutsu abilities, no speed feats is the most important part.
