Bruh, Sakura didn't even fought Shin in the manga - Sasuke came with his Perfect Susanoo and it was all over. That tells me you're full of shit. She forgot about Byakugo seal? How do you forget that? On top of that Kishi was involved with the last including the editing, so it's clear the speed was slower for multiple reasons.
