In this thread I will show you why Kurotsuchi earned Tsuchikage title and why she is the strongest Kunoichi in the world currently. I will try to keep it short .
1 . Portrayal of Kurotsuchi
Kurotsuchi was always portrayed to be strong if we use Kunoichi standards.
- She is Onoki granddaughter and descendant of first Tsuchikage
- She was strong enough to be 3 Tsuchikage Onoki bodyguard .
- She is only female currently that is Kage by rank so if we go by ranks she is above other females
- Shikamaru statement is direct confirmation of her status of the strongest Kunoichi.
This means that she is above Konoha female members like Temari ( she is Shikamaru wife now), Sakura, Hinata, Ino , Tenten ,Karui , . . .
Keep in mind that Sasuke could teleport only small number of people and they chose only the strongest one they can find in Konoha .
2. Feats
It should be said that Kurotsuchi is all rounder , she is good in all 3 categories Ninjutsu, Taijutsu and Genjutsu
A) Ninjutsu
Kurotsuchi can use 3 nature elements Water, Fire and Earth. On top of that she has Lava KKG.
This easily makes her better than any Kunoichi in history except Mei Terumi who had 3 Elements and 2 KKG.
Earth release :
-Earth bunker Jutsu that can be used for defensive purpose
- Hiding like a mole jutsu allows here to move freely underground and it allows here to launch surprise attacks on her opponents
- Rising earth excavation where she with her father creates giant volcano
-Flaw spears that can attack her opponent with earth spikes
Lava release :
Quicklime Congealing Technique where Kurotsuchi expels a large quantity of quicklime from their mouth, capable of inflicting damage to an opponent.
Ash stone seal capable of sealing even powerful character like Kinshiki.
Water release :
Water horn it can be used for attacking or defending purpose
B) Taijutsu
Kurotsuchi is great at taijutsu .
In war arc she was part of CQC squad meaning she is very skilled in CQC
She was able to defeat Naruto clones easily
She could evade other Shinobis despite the fact she was at disadvantage of being unarmed while they had weapons
She has great physical strength and striking speed as demonstrated against Kinshiki who could not dodge her attack that send him flying through Shinju root . We are talking about guy who was able to fight on pair against Sasuke.
C ) Genjutsu
She doesn't actually have feats of using genjutsu but it was stated in Boruto that she is best Genjutsu user among 5 kages. I know other Kages don't have any feats but this just confirms she has some good Genjutsu skills.
