Man that technique is way overpowered. It's going to be cool seeing how he uses it in the winter cup and the restrictions that come with it as well but if he can't shoot it's kind of pointless. But yeah it mostly has to do with misdirection and lack of presence I'm guessing.
Also that shooting through the hand thing was like wtf, this show is too cool.

you should read the manga, they go super in depth for the generation of miracles backstory like almost too in depth... They listen to akashi cuz akashi is a badass
