We started C-ranks and this is the last jutsu I had to perform;

( Genjutsu: Kai ) - Illusion Technique: Release

Description: The user does one hand seal to focus and then proceeds to disturb his chakra flow by forcefully stopping it momentarily and then "spiking" his spiritual energy, unbalancing his chakra. This dispels any genjutsu set upon the user except MS Eye Techniques, Paralysis-like Genjutsu and Demonic Illusion: Toad Confrontation Chant. The effectiveness of this technique is dependent upon the skill of the user. A Jounin rank ninja can dispel Genjutsu up to C-rank. An S-class ninja can dispel Genjutsu up to B-rank. A Sannin rank ninja can dispel Genjutsu up to A-rank. A Sage rank user can dispel Genjutsu up to S-Rank. The user may use this technique through physical contact on others to dispel them from Genjutsu. The technique can only be used once per turn and the user still needs to fully follow the logic as to why he figured out it was an illusion.

Genjutsu is similar to Ninjutsu in the way that the user has to perform hand seals and it requires chakra. The effects of Genjutsu are illusions were the user instead of attacking the opponent physically; you attacks the opponent brains by manipulating the chakra, causing a disruption in their senses. You can make the opponent feel pain and trauma. You can release yourself by causing pain, you cut yourself etc. Though with Kai; once you notice that you are under a genjutsu you can perform Kai which disturbs your chakra flow, releasing you from the Genjutsu. As you know the Uchihas are special when it comes to genjutsu; a great example is Itachi.

That was a great answer but more specifically it is stopped by pain or a disruption of chakra. Always when you learn a technique the first thing you must do is learn how to stop it. If your attempting to master genjutsu what type of master would you be if someone uses it on you and you lose to them. It can also be stopped with help from another shinobi or someone with chakra (Ex. A summoning) If your summoning has chakra like enma does he inserted it within Sarutobi when he was caught by orochimaru's Genjutsu. So we're going to start off simple. With the next Genjutsu on our list. Prepare yourself because the first thing we are going to do is defend against it. From start to finish *Throws an amnesia pill at you* Take this. This will get rid of your memory of the last 60 seconds so that we can ensure that your mind prepares it self to knowing that your going to be trapped within a genjutsu. *Stands and fire sparks all around the dojo making the candles ignite*

( Genjutsu: Kahen Tonsou ) - Illusion Technique: Flower Petal Escape

Description: The user makes five handseals, appearing to dissolve into a shower of cherry blossom petals. These petals surround the opponent, blocking his vision. This allows the user to mask his movement effectively.

seeing as you perform a set of five hand seals and out of nowhere for some reason you begin to dissolve into a shower of cherry blossoms, that quickly begin to surround me and blocking my vision of you, I knew something was wrong. I had to make sure, I need proof, so I activate my sharingan and I don't see any chakra source in those petals surrounding me, so to finally make sure, I look at my arms and body and I notice that my chakra is not flowing normally, So right there, I come to the conclusion that I am indeed under a genjutsu, so I take a kunai from my right pocket and I cut myself in the arm just a little, to cause pain, thus releasing me from your genjutsu. Once you're about to place the kunai on my throat, I grab your arm before you do so.

I hope you don't mind if I use my sharingan seeing as I'm about to get my second tomoe already. I know, I can easily send chakra to my eyes and see through the Genjutsu since the 2 tomoe allows you to see throguh C-rank and below genjutsus.

I want you to focus your chakra on my clone and make him believe as he's walking that he's traveling in the same direction constantly. It is necesary that you concentrate your chakra it is easy to break out of the genjutsu if the user is not focused. He needs to travel for hours make sure your chakra is concentrated within the clones body. *Makes a clone*... C1!
C1: ... Yes Master!!
...Go!!!
C1: *Uses sage speed and dashes zig zags into the forest off of trees*

Catch him Kuroh and put him in the genjutsu so that in a couple of hours of going in circles that hes exhausted. Although first you must catch him and while focusing your chakra hurry before he gets away.

 

[Kuroh]

Seeing as your clone runs away and into the forest, I quickly get ready and fallow him, hoping to catch him quickly. As I'm running behind him and I catch up to him, I quickly gather a good amount of chakra and I focus it onto to him, as he is still running around the forest in a straight line. I continue to focus my chakra carefully and then your clone begins to run in circles, though he still believes he is running in a straight line. I wait a few minutes, close to an hour and your clone falls on his knees out of exhaustion.



So lets say my opponent is coming towards me, in hopes to attack me with Taijutsu or Kenjutsu, would this genjutsu work? so instead of him making it to me, to attack me, he would be running in circles thinking he is going to reach me.

See thats the thing. It depends on how you wanna do it. Yes he would believe that hes still coming towards you but after a few seconds they would believe that their in a genjutsu if your not moving anywhere? Get my drift? If a Genjutsu can create anything to look like anything. Using this jutsu you can instantly make the image of you run from your opponent as he believes hes chasing after you he'll be running in circles. But to answer the question, Yes he would be running in circles.

In General Yes, But if your not moving in the Genjutsu he's going to notice he's in a Genjutsu.

Now lets try it again although I want you to use it in a battle situation. To better enhance your skills with it.

*My clone makes another clone as they stand together side by side* I want you to focus on making C1 believe he's running towards you as well as C2. Do not let C2 make contact and dont break concentration on keeping C1 under the Genjutsu

*C1 and C2 rush at you while C2 jumps into the air hoping to land a flying kick down upon you as C1 has started getting sluggish due to being in the genjutsu the first time so C1 is behind C2 slightly.*

Dodge the attack then put C1 into the genjutsu quickly. One Ninjutsu can be done in combination with this.

Description: The user casts an illusion on the opponent that makes them believe they are travelling in a straight line, when instead they are moving in circles. This is only effective on moving opponents. If the opponent travels in the circle for hours, they will be exhausted.

Okay, so I'm going to say we are mid-range from each other.

Seeing as your clone makes another clone, and they are standing next to each other, I look at them with a smile. Then your clones begin to rush towards me, with C2 slightly in front of C1. Then C2 jumps high into the air, while C1 keeps running towards me but slowly as it's tired. So I begin to gather a good amount of chakra and Before C2 lands to kick me, I release my chakra in the form of crows that quickly begin to surround C2, and blocking his vision of myself as he lands into the ground while I run past him, he stays battling the crows as they peck him and bother him. I keep running up to C1 and release my chakra onto him as he is running in a straight line, he then begins to run in circles, thinking he is following me. I then turn around and I start to run towards C2 I call back the crows and I direct them to banish, so C2 begins to run towards me, while C1 is running in circles, so I quickly release my chakra onto C2, putting him under my genjutsu, he like C1 begins to run in circles, as they believe they are following me in a straight line.



(Satsujin Konmei no Karasu) - Murder of Crows Confusion

Description: Calling upon a swarm of crows, they will fly around the target, causing confusion with their dark forms and quick movement. With the target distracted by the crows, the ninja can strike more easily. Also the mass of crows can obscure any retreating ninja. When no longer needed, the murder of crows will simply puff away in smoke.

*Brings in a genin* So I know this little man stole my wallet I wanna know where he put it!!! >;( *He breaks out running* Catch him a chain him up so we can continue!!!

He little man! *After the little genin breaks out and starts running. I then begging to run after him. He keeps running and due to me having more training and my body being in better shape, I catch him and I punch him in the stomach and he falls on his knees. I then grab some chains and I chain him up in the legs and arms.

*He passes out from the large hit and nearly dies*!!!!! O____O..... >_>_>_>_> Dude.... Okay well let's start the genjutsu. He has something that we want to know. So we want to use our chakra upon contact with his head to enter into his mind first off without killing him. So let's try to insert our chakra without killing him. To much chakra and it could over load his chakra system in his brain.

*After listening to your instructions, I carefully place my hand on the Genin's head. Knowing that he has some information we need, I know I can't kill him, so I carefully begin to insert a good amount of chakra into his head but not too much, so that the genin can stay alive while we get all the information needed*
