I love her too she is one of my favs, but she is most like retired from being a ninja, and shikamaru wouldn't allow her to battle, Besides should genjutsu be called for Sakura can take her place

Kurenai > Sakura in genjutsu. Sakura only has feats in breaking it. Naruto knows how to break genjutsu.

kunerai just knows how to use genjutsu very well, we havent seen sakura use genjutsu so we dont know if kunerai is better than her at it. and kishi has foreshadowed it sakura anyway, so if genjutsu needs to be used sakura will be the one to use it

It is better that Kurenai stayed out of the war any way. The baby already lost his dad. Kurenai being in the war would put the baby at risk of being orphaned.
