Problably Shizune, but who knows I mean both of them are Jounins, Kureani was (or still is, I don't know) the leader of team Kurenai, and Shizune is like Tsunade's wingman or woman, you know what I mean

Shizune is classified as a jounin level shinobi, they both have the same rank and stats.

I still say Kurenai, from how her stats are ballenced, it seems she may be better. Besides, that really all we have to go on really since we haven't seen much of their combat.
