I think Kurenai wins with the exact same genjutsu move she used against Itachi and proves to Asuma that she wears the pants in the relationship.

Lol Hidan may be dumb but I think he knows how to counter genjutsu. Remember he is quite content with feeling pain so by doing so, he breaks her genjutsu. Not only that but Hidan won't face any drawbacks if he were to stab himself so breaking out of genjutsu should be relatively easy for him.

Does Kurenai have knowledge? Either way Hidan has much better taijutsu than her and the genjutsu has an activation time.
