Pretty much anyone who gets wrapped in that chain is done for unless you're physical strength surpasses even Uvogin's By a mile (which most probably don't since even Chrollo is physically weaker than Uvogin).
And thats the same reason why Feitan wont get caught. Kurapika will never be able to catch someone as fast as him with that chain.
Kurapika is as fast as Feitan if not faster.
He can tank anything Feitan has to offer bar Rising Sun since he tanked/endured/healed from Uvo's Big Bang.
The thing is for Rising Sun to take effect Feitan has to take blows,in those openings the Chain will catch him.Period.
Feitan is cool and all but lets be serious here,Kurapika is the worst enemy possible for any PT member.
Kurapika is not as fast or faster than Feitan Lol. Considering that Uvogin, who is way slower than Feitan was easily able to dodge Kurapika's chains, Feitan should have no trouble doing so either. The Big Bang Impact that Uvo used on Kurapika was obviously either a nerfed version or a mistake done by Togashi and it was simply an ordinary punch, it looked like an ordinary punch and only broke Kurapika's arm whereas the one he used on the shadow beasts completely obliterated the landscape and caused an explosion.
The one he used against the shadow beasts would've obliterated Kurapika's arm. Also, if he had hit his body or head with that punch Kurapika would already be dead. He didn't "tank" it, he blocked it.
All Feitan needs to do is avoid the chains (not a hard task for someone with his speed) and catch him with a well placed Nen attack. Kurapika isn't healing a lost limb or a chopped off head.
Also, the only way Kurapika can even dream of hitting Feitan is with physical attacks as those chains couldn't even hit Uvogin. Feitan either dodges those physical attacks or tanks them and unleashes pain packer.
We still don't know the full extent of Feitan's abilities but from what we've seen and based off of hype, Kurapika stands no chance.

Even if Kurapika is OP against the Phantom Troupe, I don't see him beating the second strongest member. Unless Kurapika improved, which I think he did, just not gonna touch that part, he wouldn't beat him.
In terms of aura, Uvogin is a mid tier in the Troupe, and we know that aura increases your stats. For all we know, Feitan's Ko can be more devastating as Uvogin's BBI. I'm unsure because of the mystery points that Hatsu gives. BBI is a complex Ko.
Feitan's speed should allow him to get away from the chains. His bullet could give him enough time to strike Ko at Kurapika, finishing him off. If by any chance, Kurapika managed to get some strong hits in post-Ko, Pain Packer solos.
