Did Kurama regain his Yin chakra, if not will he ever be able to? Cause It would be awesome if Naruto had all of Kurama's chakra at his disposal

its seal away with minato. As i said b4, if Naruto was able to have all of Kuraman's chakra at disposal, then the allied forces can sit and enjoy some popcorn while naruto solos everyone...
