After the war is done I want to know the story of kurama how did he become so evil when was a good lil fox?

I think it was hinted that becuase of the way that the bijuus were looked upon kurama grew a sort of hatred for humankind. anyone who had a bijuu in them was seen as an automatic threat. they were looked upon as monsters and nothing more however they were more than that, more than just tools to be used for war.

i guess kurama just wanted to be recognized for more than that.
