Kurama's mention of Rikudou.

Ok this has been bothering me for quite sometime, in Chapter 499, When Naruto takes control of Kurama's chakra, Kurama is shocked and mentions Rikudou. I am a bit new to posting here at NB so please don't be to harsh, and I have looked on NB for a similar post, couldn't find one, but I am sorry if I missed it.

I know that Rikudo Sennin is the So6P, but that is about it.
And of course every one knows that Senju is blood related to the Uzumaki.
And that would explain why Nagato got the Rinnegan, but as stated by Tobi, he was the one who gave the Rinnegan to Nagato... But he had the eyes when he was a kid, wouldn't Nagato mention that he met Tobi? Or that something happened?

And of course there is Madara mentioning that he had his Rinnegan awaken shorty before his death.

All of this makes me an extremely confused panda, is there some deeper meaning, or it just Kishi trolling us with plot holes? Some one clear some things up for me. :sy:

Hmm it certainly is puzzling and it doesn't help when people just troll answers.

Naruto/jinjuriki/senju
So basically as I understand it the story isn't finished. We don't have all the info yet so we can't tell why naruto's BM is so much different from the rest. It very well could be that naruto is in a way a descendant of the Sage but there is also another possibility. It seems that Kurama may have been particularly fond of the sage and he seems to be a bit more powerful than the others. It is possible that there is part of the sage in some shape or form in kurama and hence why his chakra is different or more powerful. But this is still yet to have any support.

Nagato/ Tobi link
So again we don't have the full story but one thing is certain Tobi is a liar and you shouldn't trust what he says. If getting the rinnegan truly requires senju DNA than it is possible that Tobi simply implanted sharingan into a young nagato and then the plot took its course. As to why he didn't mention this we have no idea, or possibly a genjutsu was used to make him forget the event.
