Naruto has a very strong life force, I would say stronger then Kushina's. If Kushina can stay alive after the extraction, then Naruto has an even higher chance. IMO.

I do not believe in that girls and boys are equal but in naruto universe then yes boys are stronger because Kishi sucks making character development on girls.

kushina was not goin to survive the kyuubi extraction.. its just that she didnt die immediately.

Far as I know you can't free the nine tails without dying.
If they do free kurama that means naruto likely sacrificed himself.
