Well to sum it up:
Negative Emotion Sensing is pretty much all we know.
The speed and power increase seems normal for all Jinchuurikis, the same could be said for the healing factor. Also seems pretty logical if you look at the V2 Cloak, without improved healing it would kill the host.
Naruto's healing is even stronger because of Uzumaki Heritage & Biju Healing Power.
The chakra sharing and the special appearance of his full biju mode seem more linked to Ashura. The younger son had a similar chakra cloak and the ability to transmit chakra is a lesser version of Ninshuu, so I would assume anybody who is the "next" Ashura and has access to powerful chakra could do something like this.
The whole Mokuton thing probably stems from something similar, Hashirama was the "last" Ashura and his Mokuton is definitly no Senju ability, because he was the only one who ever could use it (except his clones).
