Kurama hasn't gotten back his Yin half because Kurama was the size of at least four buildings when he had it and now he's just a little bigger than Big Ball Rasengan, which is not even close to one buildings.

@ Shika88 Thats assuming tailed beasts regenerated chakra and were not just finite seperations of the chakra of 1 entity that used to produce chakra.. u might be right though

i think it would just mean that when he goes into Kyuubi mode he would actually possess Kurama's body, much like Bee and Hatti-san work, rather than a glowing chakra cloak body type thing... i think.
