Maybe he didn't know that he could and remember that bee is a perfect jinchuriki so he can't be controlled so if sasuke would have tried he would have failed and imo I don't think that every uchiha can controll the bijuu's I think that just a few of them can

I mean no offense to YOU by this, but how-in-the-hell would SASUKE know anything about what's on the tablet? It could mention something about controlling the tailed beasts, but I doubt it points out Kurama specifically, unless that's to show the extent of the Sharingan's power by pointing out the most powerful tailed beast, if you know what I'm getting at.

its said that if u have the sharingan that u can read the tablet, thats why itachi told sasuke to read it.
and i know that it mentions kurama because during the sasuke vs itachi fight itachi cleary states that on the tablet the reward for awakening the MS is controll of kurama

He never said he wasn't. The Hachibi said other Tailed Beast didn't like Kurama judging their power on their number of tails. And that power isn't determined by the number of tails. Yet the proof is in the pudding. Who's taking on several tailed beast and winning? Also, if you could provide the page where it was stated that controlling the Nine-Tails is on the tablet I would appreciate it because I can't find it anywhere.

I think the Uchiha can control Kurama because of the Sharingan. We don't know if they are able to control other beasts but hopefully Kishi can elaborate on this. I don't think all Uchiha can control it though, so far we've only seen Madara and Tobi (if he even is an Uchiha) control Kurama and Sasuke suppressing Kurama. Madara says that tailed beasts are slaves to those with blessed eyes.
