First of all I don't think Kakuzu is in the 4 strongest Akatsuki. It doesn't really matter but I can't not mention it.
Second, it will be a really tough battle. The kyyubi has great amounts of chakra and physical strength. Team 2 on the other hand has 4 powerful and smart nins. With a proper plan of battle I'll give it to them. If you remove either Itachi or Pain it goes to kurama easily. Itachi is can use his genjutsu and Totsuka blade for "special" ways of winning since these techniques can't be countered once hit ( I would include Amaterasu but I saw a post above that says it will be countered by its amounts of chakra. I have no idea where was stated chakra can stop amaterasu in the manga, but anyway I'll skip it). If we include nagato he can also revive his teammates. If we only include the six paths, he still as some powerhouse techniques like chibaju tensei that are devastating.
In conclusion for me: Kurama vs all 4 : team 2 high dif, Kurama vs Kakuzu, Kisame and Itachi OR Pein it's easy for Kurama.
