No, by bringing back to life I meant Chiyo's technique she used to revive Gaara. She could use it to revive a fallen comrade.

what are you guys making this complex ,as the manga suggests danzo sharingans plus hashirama power are enough to control kurama like an ms user(madara,itachi,sasuke)there is no need for minato or chiyo
