Ki level of a person tells shit about whether he is able to destroy something or not. DBZ is way too inconsistent for that. Piccolo was able to momentarily exceed Raditz level of Ki and his attack level jumped off the roof. But that's why he could kill Raditz. Same about Krillin who had so little Ki compared to Nappa but could easily slice him with Destructo Disc.

A>B>C has been refuted. That logic doesn't apply. Sure Vegeta may be able to bust a moon, but lol, it depends on the technique of the attack not the Ki level of the person. Likewise Freeza didn't destroy Namek completely with one blow (he was holding back but still) but Vegeta was able to damage the Earth with PL of 18 000. Freeza was about 120 million.

Not to mention Kurama has easily tanked mountain sized or even bigger attacks before, but Yajirobe cut Vegeta's tail with a sword.

Don't spout BS about A>B>C when it comes to destructive capability. DBZ is way too inconsistent for this stuff.

How the fuck does this change anything I said? They are able to do that despite having lower power levels because they focus their Ki into one point. Vegeta's Galick Gun works the same way as Goku's Kamehameha. When Goku uses Kamehameha, his power level goes beyond what it normally is (At least when he used it against Raditz). A>B>C logic is more than enough to justify someone with a higher power level being able to use a stronger attack. A>B>C logic is more than enough to justify a guy with a power level 18,000 (Times 10 due to the Great Ape transformation, so that'd be 180, 000) being able to destroy the moon with their own Ki Beam Wave. Especially when they follow the same mechanics, just different techniques.

And no, Krillin's Destructo Disk isn't a legit example that supports your point. Manga stated that it cuts anything regardless of the power level. Unless you actually believe Krillin's power level jumped above Frieza's when he cut him with the disk. Unless you actually believe BASE Goku's power level spiked to above Buu's level

He already proved he can destroy the planet though, which is natural for someone of his power level. It depends on the technique (as you said) and the amount of power put in said technique.
