Which of the Five Shadows does Kurama fare best against?

1. Who is he most likely to win against under fair conditions?
Irrespective of how tough the fight is

2. Who does he require the most in order to win against?
Irrespective of the likelihood of winning, which fight is his toughest?

3. Realistically, can he beat all five at once?
Given the best environment, knowledge and mentality conditions he can have, can he take on all five? No restrictions.

The Five Shadows:
Tsunade, the 5th Hokage
Gaara, the 5th Kazekage
Mei, the 5th Mizukage
Onoki, the 3rd Tsuchikage
A, the 4th Raikage

What say you?

Lol I'll tell you right now the Gokage would **** Kurama all the way up. Like allll the way. Kurama is NOT that strong. Dare
I say, he is actually a lot stronger with a jinchuuriki. Particle style will literally erase him, Tsunade would punch him so far into the earth its not even funny, Raikage would probably just blitz and chop him in half with lightning release. The only ones that might struggle are Mei and Gaara as Gaara's technique rely on too much chakra control and brute force which Kurama has been shown to easily overcome so I do not think a giant sand burial would work on something sentient on that large of a scale as Gaara's chakra and focus can only get him so far which I think Kurama exceedingly overcomes that with ease, I think Kurama could simply overpower it so I do not think Gaara would stand a chance solo, and Mei's heat techniques, not sure they could be on a massive enough scale to counter something such as a tailed beast bomb which would pretty much clear the area of all the mist or lava or basically anything she would be able to do and that is on top of them not being fast at all however notice a pattern on agility: Onoki can fly, raikage is probably top 3 fastest characters to exist, physically, and Tsunade, being a CQC extraordinaire, has some form of agility to her, not that she needs it being that she could virtually heal any wound, given her head isn't blown off or something to that extreme which if it hasn't happened in 70 + years of her time on the Earth with as much battle experience she has including saving the world like twice, no reason that comes into play now, especially in this scenario. So there's my singular breakdown but together? An absolute slaughter, Kurama alone literally stand absolutely no chance whatsoever. I feel as if any of the Kage can weaken him enough for Gaara to restrain him which is where he would become useful, but only after weakened, but that's if the three I mentioned first do not get a solo kill which is all but unlikely.

Is it not viable for Kurama to kick up dust and then use his sensing to snipe each kage with his energy lasers?
That's an easy, scenario-based way out. Kurama does not equal five kage. It only took two jounin to actually even seal him away... As it stands, weighing the sheer power of the five kage to the sheer power of Kurama, he does not stack against them at all. Like, not even close.
