First of all no one is immune to genjutsu except for Rinnegan users, Pa and Ma would also get caught in it, secondly, they're not speedsters so Sasuke would have no rouble killing them before they can lay an attack.

Sasuke would get punched in the face before he's even able to touch them by frog Kata and die. SM enhances the users perception and evasive skills to the point that Naruto was able to avoid the 3rd Raikage's single finger thrust attack and use it against the Raikage himself. So I don't see how Sasuke is even gonna hit them, he'd only committing suicide.
And as Aznkidd said, Maa and Paa will be summoned on Naruto's shoulder and will fuse with him immediately and Naruto can easily counter amaterasu with his clones and Sasuke would only be wasting his chakra while inching close to blindness.

Kurama>Itachi's eyes maybe true, however you still have to train/earn Kurama's power. It's not available to use instantly. It took Naruto until the war arc to finally be able to fully use it.
Sasuke could kill Naruto, but Naruto can also just as easily kill Sasuke.
