Kurama(nine tails) is fighting at half his power?

Even though kurama is stronger than all of the other tailed beasts (except juubi), minato had sealed half his chakra and soul so is the part of kurama that was sealed gone forever or was it restored inside naruto?

i think chakra and bijuu work the same way

the chakra comes back after time just like it does for a ninja.... minato could not seal all of the kyuubi at once at the time so he halfed it so he could after all this time it would have come back .....

tho admittingly i dont exactly get this as u cant half something which is infinite ... but i guess kishi doesnt go exactly by myth considering the 8 tails is originally a snake

i think the kurama's charkra was restored i remember wen naruto spoke to kurama during the war naruto noticed that kurama grew bigger due to kurama feeding of naruto's charka

im not sure but.
ying yang. and one part if it get sealed by minato.
yang is for body and ying is for soul/spirit.( or in the opposit)
and yang(body) was sealed by minato that mean kurama has actually no body. the one we see is just the one in narutos mind.
and thats why when naruto get bm and openend the seal and kurama get out there was only a chakra cloak of kurama and not his body like the other bijuus
