so lets review the basics

that other uchiha I forget his name, but i think he was with the third when he was young. That guy is irrellevant because all you see of him is right before the second hokage dies.

the theory of sasuke's dad being tobi is also irrellevant because he is dead


Now for the good part of this theory since Kishi has killed all others. besides Madara and maybe Hashirama, Kurama is the only person that can possibly know who tobi is. And if it turns out he does know who he is it is indirectly (what i mean by that is he saw something but he isnt putting 1 and 2 together to make 3). I believe that tobi is partly madara/something else. sometimes tobi begins to act like he has no mind of his own, especially in that "I am Nobody" chapter, but he has great insight into madara's life (so your guess is as good as mine). Also madara refers to him as another person and not himself. Whoever or whatever tobi is I also believe was formed during or right after their big fight with Hashirama.

Kurama was there during the fight and this is the proof:

when we finally get to see who tobi is Kurama may be a big help in bringing tobi down in more ways than just raw power.

I think Tobi is a completely different person simply because Kurama instantly recognized the chakra of Madara. Tobi has had contact with Naruto a numerous times now and yet Kurama didnt say anything during those meetings.

Your totally right but that kinda goes back to the 1+2=3 thing. I hate to use this example because it makes me feel weird but you know if you were trying to solve a problem especially a math problem (because those are easy to make mistakes in) If you can't solve it your like WTF right. well if you fix that one missing part it's such a "DUUUUUUUUH why didn't i see that?"moment.

i dont think kurama does. naruto is dying to know who is behind the mask and im pretty sure kurama knows about that. i think kurama felt madaras chakra when tobi put him under a gengutsu. the thing is, why didnt kurama react the same way he did when he and naruto met tobi ? they met several times after tobis battle with minato, but never again reacted like he know tobi.

Alot of my theories have changed since I joined NB, but 1 that will forever stay the same is Current Tobi = Obito, alot of people on NB keep saying he can't be Obito because The Masked Man fought Minato, and Obito was still a child and dead.....Most people forget that around that time the Uchiha was still full of ninja(Itachi's Wetworks mission hadn't happen yet) some time had passed Minato was the Hokage and Obito had been "dead" for a while. That theory of Zetsu coming into the picture when Obito "died" is still probable. Who knows what experiements were done on Obito in that time frame....I don't. The Yellowstripe Mask Man who fought Minato was neither Obito nor Madara but another Uchiha(I think it was Fugaku, The somewhat leader of the Uchiha, who could be carrying on the legacy of Madara)Fugaku was a high ranked Uchiha and around the same age as Minato Sasuke and Naruto are still babies, Itachi is still a kid. And Kurama should most definitely know who Tobi is, Kurama has been controlled by the sharigan twice now by my understanding. The 1st time by Madara Vs Hashirama and the 2nd by The Masked Man Vs Minato. Who knows maybe there was a 3rd Uchiha to wear the mask. Fugaku also closes up that time gap eveyone keeps yapping about. The Current Tobi may be Obito, he has had more than 16 years to recoperate himself, he is carrying on the Legacy of the "Fallen Uchiha", and hes learned from Madara's and Fugaku's defeats. Why do all thd Uchiha except Itachi have tha "True Avenger" mentality?! Getting back on subject Kurama may NOT know the current Tobi's identity becausd it's Obito Uchiha he's never tried to control Kurama, so Kurama won't recognize him....The two that have controlled him are known, 1 is still dead the other is fighting the Kages

Kurama only noticed Madara's chakra when he tried to summon him.
