Sure, it's his power while under his control. But this is a power that is inconsistent and fluctuates, therefore it isn't a solid addition to Madara's powers. Minato stated that Madara wouldn't be able to control the Kyuubi for very long, and the Kyuubi hates Madara. If anything were to affect Madara's dojutsu control he gains an additional foe rather than an additional ally, so even just based on time constraint Kurama's cooperation is only momentary.
For all we know, Madara states "I'm no longer the foe you once knew!" to Hashirama simply because he gained Kurama for this fight.
If the above is true, then Hashirama is quite a few steps above Madara than we previously thought if he enters Sage Mode. Sage Mode Hashirama vs. Edo Madara would be the fight to watch, but as far as we're concerned Hashirama has only ever fought Madara in base.
What are your thoughts about this?
