Look at the red part It is A tool not a additional combatant.
You can't disagree because its like saying Kurama is not part of naruto's power.
if naruto did not have kurama
Sasuke would beat him easy and naruto did not stand a chance.
If you have tailed beast it is part of your power.

Alot of powerups in the narutoverse can be seen as borrowed power. This has always been the case. EXCEPT with hashirama, who has no known borrowed power. Which is why I believe most think he is superior.
