Kurama obviously has a limit, but he will never let himself reach that limit

Because he will get new natural energy from outside and convert it to his chakra

So it looks like he never runs out, but he can run out if he doesn't recharge eventually

Unlike Edo's their chakra amount stays constant (infinite)

It could be possible that Sasuke would accomplish the supression given that his chakra according to Kurama is more sinister. We'll just have to wait and see.
