I know that this has probably been done already but did kuramas chakra go back to naruto when it was released from the reaper death seal or did it just dissipate?? anyone know??

if the theories are true and naruto gets the other half of kurama's chakra he would be in god mode!

That has not yet been revealed, but remember that the chakra was taken into the death god via Minato, so it may take Minato to release it. & you know Minato never appears in this manga without showing why he is a prodigy shinobi, just like Itachi.
