to the original post, he still couldn't move, just like hinata, and thats not because of chibaku tensei

He resisted, but only enough to get across what was (IMO) a fairly pathetic one liner of "Save us Nardo". I actually winced IRL when I read that. Made the Kyuubi seem much less BA than it used to be. Getting owned by genjutsu hax is one thing, begging for help is another...

Of course Kurama could resist it enough to say that, Sasuke was handeling nine beasts at a time, not to mention he did it just to put them in Chabiki tensei, notreally keeping them caged.

Then next chapter he'll be breaking Chibaku Tensei himself, right?
There's a difference between break and resist.
